What property managers get
One point of contact. Ed Dominguez, Director of Sales & Client Experience, owns your account from proposal through every season.
Seven crews, so a truck breaking down isn't your problem. Three mowing, three landscape, one fertilization and weed control — all dispatched from one shop on the west side.
Licensed and insured. TDA pesticide license 0826581, licensed irrigator LI28642, certificate of insurance on request.
How much does commercial lawn maintenance cost in Fort Worth?
Most Denmark Lawn commercial and HOA contracts run $800–$2,500 per month. That covers mowing, landscape maintenance, fertilization and weed control, and irrigation inspections, with visit frequency set to what the property needs and the board or manager expects.
Where a property lands in that range depends on mowable acreage, bed square footage, how often you want crews on site, and the number of irrigation zones. We measure all of it on the walk-through and send a written monthly number.
Project work — mulch, seasonal color, plant replacement, new landscaping, and holiday lighting — is quoted separately as an enhancement and approved before it's done. It never appears on the monthly invoice without a signed number.
What we bid
Everything on the monthly contract is written down before it starts. Standard scope is mowing, landscape maintenance, fertilization and weed control, and irrigation inspections. If it's not on the proposal, it's not in the price — and enhancements are always a separate approval.
How it works
1
Send the scope
Send the spec, map, or last year's contract — or just the address and we'll start from scratch.
2
We walk the property
We measure what the paper missed: bed square footage, irrigation zones, access windows, dumpster and parking areas.
3
We send a proposal
Written scope and monthly/contract pricing. You approve before work starts; payment terms are on the proposal.
Common questions from boards and managers
Do you take over mid-contract?
Yes. Send the current scope and we'll price it to start on any date.
Can you bid from our spec without a walk-through?
We'll rough it from the spec, but we don't send a number we haven't walked. Missed bed footage is how both sides lose.
Do you handle irrigation on commercial properties?
Yes — inspections, repairs, and seasonal start/stop under our irrigator license, on the same invoice.
Do you do seasonal color, mulch, and holiday lighting?
Yes, as enhancements quoted separately so the board can approve each one.
What areas do you cover?
West of I-35 only: Fort Worth's west side, White Settlement, Westworth Village, Benbrook, Aledo, River Oaks, Lake Worth, Lakeside, Saginaw, and Sansom Park. It's what lets us hold the schedule.
Send a scope or an address. We'll walk it and send a written proposal.
